Starting in November 2007 our own mill will start operating on the estate itself. In this way we can literally move the olives straight from the tree to the mill thus ensuring even higher standards in our olive oil production. We have chosen a press manufactured by the well-known Italian company Rapanelli and the model we have opted for is the one that can produce oil both through the Sinolea method, otherwise known as the “flower of the oil”, and the extra-virgin olive oil, both extracted by cold-pressing.
In addition to Harrod’s, London, where you can sample Majdal olive oil, visitors to Jordan can buy our products at the ZeinK Boutique, Four Seasons Hotel and Amman.
